As a small MAT, working in the AP sector, we felt we needed a bespoke HR service and invested a considerable amount of time in finding the right provider. We eventually appointed EnlightenedHR to support our academies through a major restructure, which was an essential element of developing our MAT. We have an annual service contract and the responsiveness and excellent advice offered is hugely valued by our HR team when dealing with operational issues on a day-to-day basis. EnlightenedHR have also provided training for our team members, supported us with casework, helped in the development of Trust policy and procedures. The consequence of this has been a more confident staff team, which has contributed to the overall improvement of the academies. EnlightenedHR has also offered strategic advice to the Trust and found the advice of the Directors invaluable.

For some months one of the EnlightenedHR Senior Team, Karen Delgado, has been working with us to support a wide range of strategic changes across the organisation. Karen is now viewed by many in the Trust as a Chief Human Resources Officer who provides a good sounding board and is a trusted business partner. The organisation is able to rely on Karen’s skills in linking people and numbers to diagnose weaknesses and strengths in the organisation, finding the right fit between employees and jobs; and advising on the talent implications of the company’s strategy.
