Position: Senior Consultant

Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with 25 years experience in Human Resources. A background in Education, Social Services and Policing has given Chris a thorough understanding of the challenges that face managers in the public sector, especially in relation to complex HR issues and high customer expectations.  His broad experience, allied to more recent commercial exposure has left him well placed to deliver practical, timely and ethical solutions to clients.

Chris has had national responsibilities with Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Chris’s wide ranging experience in the schools sector encompasses TUPE transfers, workplace investigations, policy writing, organisational change and management development.  In his time with EnlightenedHR Chris has worked on academy conversions and support for Local Authority services that are converting to mutual status.
