Position: Director of HR Strategy

Karen is a successful HR professional with extensive experience of leading and enabling multi-disciplinary teams to make significant changes in the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has Director level experience at Turning Point and London Borough of Tower Hamlets which has involved: project managing a variety of business critical objectives; and delivering innovative outcomes in change and people management, reward and recognition, employee relations and TUPE.  A consultant since 2007, Karen has completed numerous assignments including: delivery of HR operational  and consultancy services to schools, academies and free schools; advising on TUPE transfers in over 25 academy programmes; completing complex employee relations casework; trade union negotiations; restructures; and workplace mediation. She is regarded as an outstanding communicator, influencer and implementer, able to quickly diagnose issues and provide robust and balanced business solutions. Karen is our Associate Director who account manages a number of our larger contracts as well as working directly with clients on projects for the business.
