Position: Senior Consultant

Linda is a Director level HR professional who has worked with boards and executive teams in the private, not-for-profit, public, and educational sectors.  A strong people and project manager, optimising performance has been a key factor in Linda’s success.  She is adept at developing and implementing HR strategy that requires radical change.  Linda has in depth experience of initiating and delivering a broad range of HR programmes, “inception through to delivery” is her forte.  Her key specialisms are:  HR strategy and consultancy; organisational change and development; project management; restructures and TUPE transfers; reward & recognition; Trade Union negotiations; and consultation processes.  Linda is known for her natural ability to identify the strategic and then turn it into actionable plans ensuring that she has support from all relevant parties along the way.  She galvanises the efforts of project teams to achieve the seemingly impossible; she does this by truly believing in the efforts and capabilities of the people around her, delegating appropriately and demonstrating good leadership.
