Position: Senior Consultant

Peter has over 35 years HR experience, bringing substantial employee relations and OD experience to clients. Previously he has held a number of senior Employee Relations, HR and L&D positions at The Financial Times, News International Newspapers, in Local Government, and in the Civil Service with ACAS.

His particular areas of expertise in organisation development include restructuring and reorganisation, managing performance, and talent management strategies – often in unionised environments. He has also designed a wide range of pay & benefits policies and HR procedures.

In L&D he has designed, managed, and tutored on major corporate management development and leadership programmes; and designed and delivered graduate trainee programmes. He has also worked with senior executives as a personal coach.

Peter is also an active school governor.
