Position: Senior Consultant

Surrinder is an exceptionally skilled Human Resource Director with over 20 years’ experience in local government, education and charitable organisations.  She has proven leadership skills which include managing and motivating staff sensitively in order to achieve corporate objectives within tight deadlines.  Surrinder has frequently shown that she is an excellent negotiator in dealings with unions and on difficult employee matters. She has successfully represented organisations at employment tribunals.  Surrinder has considerable experience of implementing CPD within to ensure staff have the necessary skills and experience to: meet organisational needs; run successful recruitment and selection processes, and develop and implement effective policies and procedures that support the organisation’s ethos and vision.  She has also supported a number of clients with job evaluations, including bench marking within a specific area of expertise, and reviewing existing reward packages and succession planning strategies.  On a personal level, Surrinder is able to forge positive working relationships and establish credibility with colleagues, HR staff and management teams by being prepared to lead by example.
